Avoid avoid avoid. They refused a refund our deposit following the national lockdown despite the fact it was physically impossible to go ahead with the planned wedding. We tried to be reasonable and suggest alternatives such as using the refund solely for catering but they refused entirely. We ended up taking them to the small claims court who found in our favour and they had to refund us in full including fees. Absolute scum behaviour, I would highly recommend you steer clear of these crooks.
